Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you're not satisfied with Rehabence, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription purchase, no questions asked. This guarantee applies once per customer, to the initial purchase only — it does not apply to subsequent renewals of an existing subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing page. When you cancel, you keep full access to Rehabence until the end of the billing period you've already paid for — we don't cut off access immediately, and we don't charge you again after that period ends.

Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period outside the 7-day guarantee window described above.

Subscriptions are available on Monthly, 6-month, and 12-month billing cycles. Whichever cycle you choose renews automatically at the end of the period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You'll be charged the then-current price for your plan at each renewal.

To request a refund under the 7-day guarantee, email support@rehabence.com from the email address on your account, within 7 days of your initial purchase. Include your account email and, if you have it, your order/transaction reference.

Approved refunds are processed by our payment provider, back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take several business days for a refund to appear on your statement after it's issued.

The money-back guarantee applies to the initial subscription purchase only. Refunds outside this window, including for renewal charges, mid-cycle cancellations, or partial billing periods, are not provided by default but may be considered on a case-by-case basis — contact support@rehabence.com to discuss your situation.
